Introducing Keyrate.

A typing test with nothing attached

Words appear. You type them. You get one number. No account, no settings page, no build step.

The test, and only the test

One number

Words per minute, accuracy, raw speed, characters. Then you are done.

Five modes

15, 30 or 60 seconds. 25 or 50 words. Or a quote. Punctuation and numbers optional.

Keyboard only

Tab restarts. Wrong letters go red, backspace fixes them. No mouse needed.

Nothing leaves your device

Your best score per mode stays in the browser. No account, no tracking, no server.

Every platform

The web version is live today. Native apps are on the way, and they will be real binaries, not wrapped web pages.

Web

Nothing to install. Any modern browser.
